- Has mapped competencies for KEI Industries and helped it grow tremendously from a 42 Crore company (2000-01) into a 700 Crore company (2006-07) that now ranks as the 2 nd largest Electrical Cable manufacturer in India . It is projected to grow further to 1000 crores in the next financial year.
- Has conducted close to 110 Behavioural Training programmes in different organizations across diverse industries (for eg. in reputed companies like GAIL, Oberoi, JBM and Escorts).
