- We have worked with various organizations which have increased their top and bottom lines manifold.
- In these organizations, it weren’t the HR systems that got implemented alone but there was an effort made to make the changes permanent by working with people.
- Training & Systems:
- We have conducted over 250 training programs on behavioural front which are essentially customized programs to suit the needs of our clients. Typical program that we have run so far are, Leadership Effectiveness, Team Enhancements, Managing for results, Inter-personal relations, etc.
- We have conducted over 15 outbound team building and leadership workshops for various clients.
- We have our own Performance Management System which is running successfully in over 15 organizations. We are in the process of converting it into a valid and reliable software.
