NEERAJ AGARWAL

Neeraj Agarwal is the Founder and Director of NA Human Resource Solution Pvt. Ltd. As a business consultant, trainer and career counsellor, Neeraj wears many hats successfully.

He is a Hotel Management graduate who went on to earn his PGDBM degree from IMT, Ghaziabad . Backed with a corporate work experience of 17 years (of which 12 years were in HR consulting), Neeraj has a rich understanding of the HR systems existing in the business world. He is a member of ISABS and is well-versed on the HR front. Having attained accreditions from Linda Kirby’s APT of USA for MBTI testing, TVRLS for HRD Auditing and as a Certified Job Evaluator on Hay’s Guide Chart Method (by Rodrigo Buono of Hay Consultants India Pvt Ltd), he has helped many clients cope up with the changes in their environment by establishing, fine-tuning and restructuring their HR systems accordingly.

As a trainer he has value-added to client organizations by developing their workforce across different levels and skill-sets.

Neeraj’s understanding of the competencies required for different careers has also concretised and grown with experience. This understanding led to the envisioning of ‘Antarjan’ (an effort to guide children into careers that suit their personality, interests, preferences and aptitude so that they end up happy with their choice of careers).

It is Neeraj’s vision of seeing both present and future generation professionals content in their careers that has been the driving force behind both NA Human Resource Solution and Inner Space Consultants.
