We have our own model of Change management developed out of over 12 years of rigorous consultancy and research experience & validated via a number of change management project across industries. We use CBT (Computer Based Tools) developed by NAHRS itself to assess the attributes of prospective candidates (derived from different psychometric tests) so that they fit well in different change management profiles/ scenario.
