Our process of recruitment is as follows:

• Preliminary interview of candidates (to determine their skills and competencies) is done by skilled personnel.
• The short listed candidates are then scrutinized for their past trade records and qualifications.
• We also conduct the interview for the final selection, if situation demands so.
• We assist the finally selected candidates in clearing their pre-departure formalities including passport, immigration clearance, ticketing, and orientation programs, etc.
• For our candidates who get to the final round of interview, we also provide the psychometric profiles of the candidates to the client organizations desiring it.

Our professional charges

It varies from 8.33 – 12.5 % of the annual cost to the company of the candidate (however, it varies from assignment to assignment). We provide a Recruitment Clause of Guarantee ensuring free of charge replacement of the selected applicant in case he/she leaves the client organization within the pre-negotiated period (calculated from the date of joining).
