NAHRS conducts in-house training programmes for its client organizations. These programmes are tailor-made to suit the client’s specific focus and needs for development. Our focus during these programmes is to develop each participant and not merely add to his/her knowledge and skills.


The Training programmes we conduct are more correctly ‘Learning programmes’ where the participants respond and take responsibility for their own learning, their own development and growth. We engage the participants in simulations, games, role-plays, case-studies and exercises that not only encourage participation but also goes a long way in bringing about desired attitude and behaviour modifications.


This is because unlike many others in our field, we have no doubts about the fact that HR practices and Trainings actually do work.
